John E. Moody, P.E., President of Osceola Engineering, Inc. and a Florida State Professionally Registered Civil Engineer has over 20 years experience in providing clients with professional engineering services and is responsible for the overall project management of all in-house projects. He has vast experience in overseeing the research, analysis, master planning design, permitting and construction for all types of projects.

Raymond C. Stangle II, P.E., Vice-President of Osceola Engineering, Inc. and is a Florida State Professionally Registered Civil Engineer and brings over 23 years experience in various civil engineering design projects.

Corey Kramer, E.I., an Engineer Intern with over 7 years of experience designing, permitting, and providing construction administration services for public and private utility projects. He served as construction observation manager for the master stormwater system at Steven's Plantation.

John R. Dollar, P.E., a Florida State Professionally Registered Civil Engineer, has over 43 years experience as a Civil Engineer and project manager on a wide range of projects.
